THE HALL

The Orangerie of Villa Giulia is a beautiful glass and iron structure, bathed in the natural light and in the nature.
It was built near the ancient lemon greenhouse, which was built by Eugene de Beauharnais in the early 1800s.
It was a heated greenhouse, the only one made with bricks between the villas of the province of Pesaro,
which in winter housed marvelous lemon trees in huge terracotta pots that we still keep.
Outside, a breathtaking view with a beautiful terrace and a hanging garden with ponds full of aquatic plants.

THE TERRACE

Speaking on the terrace, close your eyes and imagine a breathtaking view of blue sea and gentle hills, aromatic scents and songs of birds as, as soon as the good weather arrives, the restaurant tables are set up outside, to let our Guests enjoy in full the views and the scents that surround the restaurant.

BREAKFAST

The small buffet breakfast is the first of the enchanting moments of the day at Villa Giulia
offered to the guests of the Relais in the Villa’s Orangerie and on the terrace overlooking the sea, it offers a choice of sweet and savory delicacies prepared at home, cereals, yoghurt, fresh and canned fruit, cold cuts and cheeses, as well as hot dishes with eggs: each day has its surprise!

The organic vegetable gardens and the herbs gardens are a living larder, without walls, with the sky above.
The chefs Danilo and Umberto “shop” in the vegetable gardens choosing products, perfumes and colors for their dishes.
It ‘something more than a KM0. They are just a few meters to separate the kitchen from the vegetable gardens, the same as a few meters separate the kitchen to the dining room!
The restaurant does not just choose the products and turn them into dishes: choose which products plant, how to grow them,
when to pick them and how to enhance them. For this reason the Villa Giulia’s Restaurant is inextricably linked to seasonality and nature.
