The large hall of the Villa Giulia Restaurant is a bright glass and wrought iron structure, bathed in natural sunlight in the hanging gardens of the Villa, with their ponds and aquatic plants.

The organic garden of Villa Giulia, a few steps away from the kitchens, is a pantry full of local varieties and aromatic herbs used in our menus. Following the seasonality of vegetables and legumes, every year we supply our restaurant with our 100% genuine fresh and processed products. Next to the vegetable garden is our centuries-old olive grove, where we dedicate ourselves every year to the harvesting and milling of olives for our exceptional E.V.O. biological oil.
