Italo Gonzales

Of Peruvian origin and lover of Italian cuisine, Italo formed himself at the hotel school Savioli of Riccione.
He began his career with passion in many restaurants in Romagna and Marche, as the Scudiero of Pesaro and the Piastrino of Pennabilli, a Michelin-starred restaurant.
For some time now Italo became a member of the brigade of Villa Giulia, of which is the youngest member.
