The Relais Villa Giulia has an organic restaurant in the veranda overlooking the sea and surrounded by the hills.
It’s also open to the external public for a few days a week, while guests of the Relais Villa Giulia can use them every day, especially for breakfast.
The breakfast dedicated to our Guests follows the same philosophy of the Restaurant: fresh, handicraft products, made with organic products at Km Zero. Juices, cakes and savory pastries, healthy, wholesome and delicious. Local cheeses and salami. Jams and marmalades from selected suppliers. Hot drinks and herbal teas.
The Restaurant offers a creative gourmet cuisine ranging from the vegetable gardens to the countryside and the sea. Main protagonists proposed by the executive chef Danilo Mariotti are the organic products grown in the vegetable gardens around the villa and in the land of the agricultural cooperative MarcheSana: for this the vegetarians and the most attentive people to supplies to Kilometer Zero , to ethical consumption and health feel good at the Restaurant Villa Giulia. The philosophy of the Restaurant is based on seasonality and autonomous production of the organic products, in order to ensure the best quality.
The Restaurant is located in a particularly beautiful part of the property: the Orangerie. There Eugene de Beauharnais, Viceroy of Italy, grew citrus. Are still there the big terracotta pots with its initials. The Orangerie overlooks the sea and the olive grove of the villa, thanks to a panoramic terrace which allows you to see up to the port of Fano, and is surrounded by the green hills of the Riviera delle Colline. A particularly wide location, with warm décor and large windows that give almost the feeling of outdoor dining. Dinner outside during the summer, when the tables are prepared on the terrace.
